These professionals typically work short-term contracts ranging from 8 to 26 weeks. Travel nurse housing plays a crucial role in ensuring healthcare workers have a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience while on assignment. Greenleaf Probate Services is proud to provide that experience.

If your property is in fair condition with no major issues, it will generally qualify. Your rep will do a thorough analysis to see if it qualifies.
You will have a legal lease agreement directly with Greenleaf Probate Services. We will send payment directly to your bank account on the 1st of each month. We provide a completely hands-off, passive experience. You will also be able to participate in a monthly occupancy bonus.
Greenleaf Probate Services covers all maintenance and utility bills. We perform weekly cleanings and provide fresh linens, towels, and sheets. Lawn care and snow removal are also fully handled by Greenleaf.
Our lease partnership agreements range from 2 to 5 years.
