You will have a legal lease agreement directly with Greenleaf Probate Services. We will send payment directly to your bank account on the 1st of each month. We provide a completely hands-off, passive experience. You will also be able to participate in a monthly occupancy bonus.
Greenleaf Probate Services covers all maintenance and utility bills. We perform weekly cleanings and provide fresh linens, towels, and sheets. Lawn care and snow removal are also fully handled by Greenleaf.
Our lease partnership agreements range from 2 to 5 years.
We pay 70% of market rents plus a monthly occupancy bonus. We provide all the utilities, internet and a personalized concierge service for the nurses.
